We went on a very long 6-hour journey from Yamagata only to stay for less than 2 hours in Aomori. I am still amazed at how good the Nebuta Matsuri was! The song they sing, the details of "Nebuta" they lifted up on their shoulder, the music arrangement, the people who watch, the vibes of the city of Aomori—all just went perfect at that moment! That's why we are so satisfied with the Nebuta Matsuri. I did not regret any single minute because I brought my camera with me, and I can't stop clicking my shutter button! This kind of Matsuri is very rare in my country; that's why, for me, it is very important to take every moment to keep it inside my mind as a core memory.
